Classroom Training
Once we have had the preliminary meeting, we ask the people requiring the training to fill in a questionnaire relating to either the maintenance course, setting course or attachment course. We ask the people in question to be honest regarding their strengths and weaknesses so we can tailor a course specific for the customer’s needs and requirements.
The courses can be held at the customer’s facility or based at one of Wickman’s premises. These courses are held for a maximum of 4 people at any one time.
We have shown that from one of our tailored courses, the cost can be quickly recovered from improving maintenance techniques and methods.
